What Tom provides you is a wealth of experience working with all various models and makes in the Hot Tub / Jacuzzi industry. He can cover any of your needs re a complex installation, diagnostic testing and general maintenance that is required to keep your tub in great working order. He will provide the same level of service that any of the large suppliers can provide and I guarantee he will beat any of the yearly maintenance contract prices that you will see from them by a considerable margin, that is speaking from experience of doing both in past 10 years of owning a hydropool spa. Tom is extremely personable, trustworthy and will get to you immediately in a emergency. I would recommend him to anyone who owns a tub. He has never let me down in the past five years he has been servicing my spa. Do not buy a maintenance contract with your supplier as they are simply overpriced and you do not get the same service that Tom can provide.

Tom is absolutely fabulous. He really sorted us out when we were about to get fleeced by an alternative company.
